I finally made some prints and stickers out of my work and I couldn’t be happier. It was a very hands-on experience where I had the opportunity to choose the types of paper/materials and printing techniques. I also cut everything myself.
I received September’s Kawaii Box last month. It was packed with 11 cute goodies. Including an extremely soft bunny plushie, DIY candy and stickers that smell like strawberry!
Keep on reading for a chance to win one for yourself.
Black cats, Ghosts, Aliens… Mab’s Drawlloween Club came to an end this year. The last week was the hardest (time-wise) so I combined some of the last ideas into single concepts. Managed to finish a total of 30 promts (missed the Custom Creature). My personal challenge was experimenting more with my tools and ideas. The most important thing was creating the habit of thinking conceptually and sketching daily.
More daily illustrations based on #mabsdrawlloween prompts! Definitely, the best challenge of the year.
A few days I go I received this box directly from Osaka, Japan! It’s the new Japan Funbox, a monthly subscription service of candy and snacks that includes the latest fads and limited edition releases packed by hand. Keep reading to see what I got!
This is my autumn inspired look I came up with earlier this month. I’m obsessed with the Modern Renaissance eye shadow palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. I’ve mostly done red and pink looks with it (which I love to death) so I tried using the yellows instead.
Hope you enjoy this collection of face pictures with no Photoshop (I miss you, Adobe :()
October is usually my busiest month but I was looking forward to experiment on a daily basis. This year, I decided to give @mabgraves‘ Drawlloween prompts a go! The amazing amount of work I stumbled across #mabsdrawlloweenclub is outstanding! I love waking up to new art, it takes me back to art school. These are my sketches and illustrations from Day 1 to Day 13.
Due to technical difficulties (because how do you even look at digital photos with-out a laptop) this post has been delivered one month later. But whatever, I’m not even complaining anymore because this Carach Angren concert held at La Respuesta, Puerto Rico last September was too fuckin’ delightful!
As requested by friends, here are a few pictures of the awesome opening night of the first Beer Coaster Show held @beerboxpr, Aguadilla last Saturday.
The amount of work showcased was outstanding. There’s a total of 136 beer coasters filled with unique artwork from 51 artists. The coasters are displayed on a wall that was continually approached by every attendee, taking a closer look at these worlds.
New work to be showcased @beerboxpr‘s Beer Coaster Show this next Saturday in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Many other, awesome local artists are participating as well. It’s going to be a blast. I hope to see some of you there!
