Say hello to my 2nd Timelapse!
Watch me cut out the whole background with an x-acto knife. A keen and vulgar solution that delivered a new dimension.
Here are few entries from my sketchbook.
Above is a little study I did inspired by dear Anya. I included jellyfish ghosts (or something).
I was wandering around my patio one rainy morning and found a plant that had purple leaves and yellow dots. The visual stuck in my head and I had to use that colour palette on something.
I decided to mix various textures and colours from my garden in order to create a new plant in my face. The end result is this NYX Puerto Rico Face Awards entry, serving you with some tropical flower realness.
Remember my first encounter with Japan Candy Box? It was such a great experience for me to try all those sweets. Amazed by new and memorable flavours like the red bean hotcake! Join me as I open and taste March’s box, it’s time for a sweet showcase! Sit back and enjoy the show.
All of these were done in old watercolour scrap papers I found in my room. I was lucky enough to have saved them 10 years ago. As an update in art tools: I finally bought some Arches paper from Amazon as well as a watercolour paper sketchbook (and a few other supplies). The package arrived last Friday!
It’s Friday 13, my birthday (insert #gothpoints :D). Yay, for another spin around the solar system! Earth has graced the week with showering skies. Tropical May rain is the best gift!
This is an out-take from a video series I’m working on which involves wearable makeup (the video for this one was a mess but at least I have pictures!).
This look was inspired by the colours found in Venus’ (the planet) atmosphere. I’ve been feeling this warm palette lately, which matches the hotter months that are about to collide with my heart in a few days.
Here’s a new piece and my first time lapse video (requested by V Yari Sama on my facebook page, thanks!). I experimented with a new (to me) thing and went with the flow mixing ink into the watercolours.
Today I’m sharing something fun. Iniara tagged me to do the Darkling Tag last week and I obliged to partake the role. It was quite annoying to hear my voice for so long (during the recording and editing of the video)! I do hope you enjoy the video.
It’s been like forever since I did my last Sketchbook log. This is a small warm up experiment I did on my redbubble sketchbook with watercolours, a ballpoint pen, a pencil colour, jasmine tea and white acrylic paint.
I need to exercise my blog muscle. Here are a bunch of kitsh pictures showcasing my take on a messy Odango bun with rolled up bangs.
