Back in 2014 I wrote about TOP 14 Albums of the Year 2014. It’s wild, how fast 2015 came and went. I wanted to make this post before New Years, but writing this took me longer than expected.
My tops for 2015 fluctuate from dark-wave to a ton of doom metal. Such summary can only mean one thing: it was a great year for music, as artists explored their dark sides once more!
Heads up to the local Metal scene of Puerto Rico as well as those looking for something fresh from the music oven. Thy Spectrum has released the first EP aimed to stimulate your mind.
Historically, a melting pot of cultures. The perfect Darklands scenery can be found at the shores of the Caribbean island, Puerto Rico. Most of the folk have a slow/laid back attitude product of the all year-long warmth, though the city is always anxious.
The best way to conclude 2014 is by sharing my favourite albums of the year. Without further ado, prepare your ears and enjoy yourselves.
I pre-ordered Sostafir’s Ótta a few months ago from Season of Mist and it arrived back in August. I’ve been listening to this album for a while and it’s beautiful.
I decided to accept the challenge and participate in this month’s The Professor’s Monthly Homework Assignment. We are all talking about ‘Inspiring Songs’. So I’m going to strip down a music video for it has become a catalyst for inspiration.
With my “not sure if” face
Pictures of the event that took place in La Respuesta last week. Art, music and performance. Nice Friday night!
A mega post from the gig I attended last weekend (pictures and videos). I was pretty eager to go see both bands for the first time. I grew up listening to some of their songs.
I took pictures of Ray’s beautiful Alcest collection and he suggested I’d share it here.
On day two of the Triton Festival, I was not able to take my camera to the show (guess I was too lucky the first day). Not having my camera totally sucked… However here are a few phone pictures and a super short video of LAM’s performance, as well as what I wore.
